Plain language, no lawyer-speak. Your ledger belongs to you.
Only what you enter: tasks, habits, journal entries, moods, financial records, health logs, notes, files you upload and your profile settings. Life OS does not buy, sell or import data about you from anywhere else.
Only you. Every table enforces row-level security tied to your account, so a query made with your session can never return another person's rows. Uploaded files live in a private bucket scoped to a folder named after your account.
Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth using email and password or Google. We never see or store your Google password, and email passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
When you ask the AI assistant a question, a summary of the relevant rows from your own account is sent to the model to ground the answer. Your data is not used to train models.
You can export everything as JSON or CSV at any time from Settings, and deleting your account removes every row and file associated with it. Export first — deletion is permanent.
Life OS stores your session token and interface preferences (theme, font size, motion) in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
